Policies

Since every custom ready to wear garment is made one by one, and hand sewn to fit, orders can take 3-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. 

Please understand that once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). Any problems to arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the carrier (USPS). Please contact the carrier for details. 

Refunds: 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON GARMENTS.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can only be made on that particular item for a different size only. Customers will have 10 days from delivery date for us to receive package at the customers expense (no return label) in order to be considered for an exchange. If package is received after the 10 day period, customer's package will be returned to customer.

Consultations

Is the official correspondence which starts the process, we will communicate the idea that you envision for your dress or dresses. There is a one-time custom order consultation fee. This fee covers a one hour of initial conversation regarding your dress order. This fee isnon-refundable. If you decide not to move forward with your order, then this fee simply pays for the designers time and creativity.
