Q: When can I expect my product to arrive?
A: 45 days from checkout date unless paid for Diamond or Platinum shipping.
Q: Is this product available in another color?
A: All the available colors are listed on the site. Any colors not listed would be considered custom and you would need to complete a custom inquiry.
Q: Do you design wedding dresses?
A: Yes please contact us using the design inquiry tab.
Q: Do you offer retainers?
A: Yes please submit an inquiry so that we can select the best option for you.
Q: I live in California do you ship out of state?
A: Yes, we ship within the United States.
Q: What is a consultation?
A: A consultation is between Jaspher James and client to discuss the details of a custom garment. The details include pricing, design, fabric, timeframe and measurements.
Q: How do I measure myself?
A: Be sure to stand comfortably (as you normally do), don’t try to suck in your waist or pull the measuring tape too tight. Make sure the measuring tape is level and measuring the fullest part of your chest/bust, waist and hips. It’s important to take your time and do it correctly because an inaccurate measurement could lead you to purchase the incorrect size. (Reference the sizing chart)
